Information FinCal360 collects
We do not collect the financial information you enter into FinCal360. Tier 2 Solutions operates no backend service that receives or stores your income, budgets, debts, savings, retirement inputs, property details, calculations, or other financial figures.
FinCal360 does not require an account, login, profile, advertising identifier, or tracking identifier.
Limited information can reach third parties or Tier 2 Solutions in the specific circumstances described below, including website requests, optional iCloud sync, App Store diagnostics, and information you voluntarily send when contacting us.
How your financial data is stored
Information you enter is stored locally by the web browser or iOS app on your device. It is not transmitted to Tier 2 Solutions.
On the web version, clearing the browser storage used by FinCal360 can erase the locally saved information. In the iOS app, deleting the app can remove locally stored app data. Tier 2 Solutions cannot recover locally deleted data because we do not possess a server copy.
Optional iCloud sync — iOS app
If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, FinCal360 uses Apple’s iCloud key-value storage to synchronize supported saved data between your devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
The iCloud data is stored and transmitted using Apple’s iCloud service. Tier 2 Solutions does not operate the iCloud infrastructure and does not provide a separate server-side account through which we can view or retrieve your synced financial data.
iCloud sync is optional and can be turned off in FinCal360. Apple’s handling of iCloud information is governed by Apple’s privacy terms and services.
App Lock and biometrics — iOS app
If you create an App Lock passcode, FinCal360 stores a cryptographic representation of the passcode on the device rather than the passcode itself. That stored value is used to verify later entries and is not designed to reveal the original passcode.
If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, biometric authentication is handled by iOS. FinCal360 does not receive your fingerprint, facial biometric template, or other biometric data; the app receives the authentication result from the operating system.
App Lock restricts access to the app interface. It should not be understood as separate encryption of all FinCal360 data stored on the device.
Exporting your data
When you export information to Excel, PDF, or another supported format, FinCal360 creates the export for you to save or share using the options available on your device. Tier 2 Solutions does not receive a copy merely because you create or share an export.
After an exported file leaves FinCal360, its handling depends on the destination and service you choose.
Third-party services
Content delivery. The web version, and any app functionality that loads these resources remotely, may request charting, spreadsheet, or PDF libraries from Cloudflare’s public CDN at cdnjs.cloudflare.com. A normal network request can expose technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, and request metadata to the CDN operator. FinCal360 does not intentionally include the financial figures you enter in those library requests.
Website analytics. fincal360.com uses Umami for website traffic analytics. These website analytics are not included in the iOS app. The website implementation is intended to operate without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Apple services. If you download FinCal360 through the App Store, use iCloud sync, or choose to share analytics or diagnostic information with app developers through Apple’s settings, Apple may process related information under its own privacy terms. Apple may make certain App Store analytics and diagnostic information available to Tier 2 Solutions.
FinCal360 does not include advertising networks, cross-app tracking SDKs, or third-party advertising analytics inside the iOS app.
Contacting us and bug reports
If you contact Tier 2 Solutions or use a Report a Bug option that opens an email or other communication channel, we receive the information you choose to send. This can include your email address and the contents of your message.
We use that information to respond to the request, investigate the issue, and maintain or improve FinCal360. We do not need your financial account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive credentials to investigate a bug, and you should not include them.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations, and may then be deleted in accordance with the systems used to receive the correspondence.
Data retention and deletion
Because Tier 2 Solutions does not maintain a server database of your FinCal360 financial entries, we do not have a server-side financial profile to retain or delete for you.
- Local FinCal360 data: you control it through the app or browser and can remove it by clearing the applicable local data or deleting the app.
- iCloud-synced data: you can stop future syncing by disabling iCloud sync. Data stored by Apple is subject to Apple’s iCloud controls and policies.
- Exports: you control exported files after they are created.
- Messages sent to Tier 2 Solutions: you may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence we still hold, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Children’s privacy
FinCal360 is not directed to children under 13. Tier 2 Solutions does not knowingly collect financial data from children through FinCal360.
Your privacy choices and rights
Your primary privacy controls are built into how FinCal360 works: you can use the app without an account, keep information locally, choose whether to enable iCloud sync, delete locally stored information, and control any exported files.
If you have sent information directly to Tier 2 Solutions, such as a support email, you may contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Requests involving information held by Apple should be directed through Apple’s privacy and account controls.
Tier 2 Solutions does not sell personal information or use FinCal360 financial data for targeted advertising.
Security
FinCal360 is designed to minimize the amount of user information Tier 2 Solutions can access by keeping financial data on the user’s device and, when chosen, within Apple’s iCloud service. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If FinCal360’s data practices change, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated within the app or through another appropriate notice.
